General Description

FNB41560 / FNB41560B2 is an advanced Motion SPM45 module providing a fully-featured, high-performanceinverter output stage for Ac_ Induction,, BLDCandPMSM motors.

These modules integrate optimizedcgatedrive of the built-inlGBTs to minimize EMl and losseswhile also providing multiple on-module eprotection fea-tures including under-voltage lockouts, over-currentshutdown, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting.

Thebuilt-in, high-speed HVIC requires only a single supplyvoltage and translates the iincoming logic-level gateinputs to the high-voltage, high-current tdrive esignalsrequired to properly drive the module's robust short-cir-cuit-ratedIGBTs. Separate neqative lGBT terminals areavailable for each phase to support the widest variety ofcontrol algorithms
