The model naming of national standard (GB3431-82) integrated circuits consists of five parts, the meanings of which are shown in Table 25. The letter "C" in part indicates that the integrated circuit is manufactured in China and meets national standards. The second part uses letters to indicate the type of integrated circuit. The third part uses numbers to represent the integrated circuit series and codes. The fourth part uses letters to indicate the temperature range of the circuit.
