RF2909 GMSK/QPSK/DQPSK/QAM 915 MHz transmitter

Spread Spectrum transmitter chip. The LO (local oscillator) of RF2909 uses a passive network and can be tuned to 915 MHz. It is suitable for spread spectrum cordless phones, portable battery powered mobile devices and 915 MHz ISM band applications.

The main technical features are as follows:

·The output power can be set to l mW, 10 mW or 70 mW through two digital input control signals, and can also be adjusted in the range of 1~80 mW through analog input signals;

·GMSK, QPSK, DQPSK and QAM modulation modes;

·The power supply voltage is 2.7~5V;

·The working current is 200 mA, and the standby current is luA;

·Excellent phase and amplitude balance.
