RfPICl2C509AG/509AF ASK/FSK 480 ～ 310 MHz transmitter with 8-bit microcontroller

RfPICl2C509AG/509AF is a monolithic radio frequency wireless data transmitter embedded with an 8-bit CMOS microcontroller, which can be used in remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter, garage door opener, telemetry (tire pressure, water, electricity, gas meters, valuables tracking), wireless security systems, wireless remote control and other fields.

The main technical features are as follows:

·The chip is embedded with high performance RISC central processor, 33 12 bit instructions, 8 bit data 1024 × 12 programmable EPROM, 41 byte data RAM, 8 bit programmable timing/counter, power on reset, watchdog timer, low-power sleep mode, programmable coding protection and 5 general I/O interfaces;

·The operating frequency is 310 ～ 480 MHz;

·The rfPICl2C509AG modulation mode is ASK, and the rfPICl2C509AF modulation mode is ASK/FSK;

·ASK data transmission rate is 0 ～ 40 Kb/s, FSK data transmission rate is 0 ～ 20 Kb/s,

·Working voltage 2.5~5.5 V;

·Output power+2 ～ - l2 dBm, adjustable;

·The working current is -4.8~11.5 mA, and the low power consumption sleep mode current is 0.2~4 μ A.
