NRF402 FSK 433 MHz transmitter

NRF402 is a monolithic UHF transmitter, which conforms to ETSI specification EN 300 220-I Vl. 2.1 standard, and is suitable for alarm, automatic meter reading, keyless entry, home automation, remote control, wireless digital communication and other applications.

The main technical features are as follows:

·The operating frequency is 433.92 or 434.33 MHz;

·The data transmission rate is 20 Kb/s;

·FSK modulation mode;

·The power supply voltage is 2.7 ～ 3.6 mV;

·RF output power is l0 dBm;

·The working current is 8 mA, and the standby mode current is 8 μ A;

·The antenna interface is of differential structure, suitable for PCB antenna, and the recommended differential load impedance of antenna channel is 400 Ω.
