RfPICl2F675H/F/K is a transmitter embedded with 8-bit CMOS microcontroller. It meets the requirements of US FCC Part 15.231 and European EN 300 220 rules, and can be used in keyless entry systems (RKE), garage door openers, telemetry/monitoring (tire pressure, water, electricity, gas meters, and valuables tracking), wireless security systems, wireless remote control, and other fields.

The main technical features are as follows:

··The operating frequency is 230 ~ 930 MHz (rfPICl2F675K: 260 ~ 350 MHz, rfPICl2F675F: 390 ~ 450 MHz, rfPICl2F675H: 850 ~ 930 MHz);

·The output power is+6 ~ - l5 dBm, divided into four grades, adjustable;

·The ASK data transmission rate is 0 ~ 40 Kb/s, and the FSK data transmission rate is 0 ~ 20 Kb/s;

·The working voltage is 2.5~5.5 V:

·The working current is l4 mA, and the low power consumption sleep mode current is 0.1~500 uA;

·The circuit only needs a few external components;

·The chip is embedded with RISC central processor, 33 12 bit instructions, all of which are single cycle instructions;

·8-bit word length data, built-in 4 MHz, operation speed of 1 us instruction cycle;

·7 hardware registers with special functions, two-level hardware stack, direct, indirect and relative addressing modes;

·1024 × 12 word Flash programmable memory, 64 × 8 byte data memory (SRAM), 128 × 8 word j

EtwoPROM data memory;

·Online Serial Programming (ICSPTM).
