RF2942 I/Q 915 MHz transmitter
RF2942 is a transmitter with quadrature modulator and power amplifier, which can be used in 915 MH ISM to integrate RF products, digital communications and portable mobile devices.
The main technical features are as follows:
·Operating frequency 902-928 MHz:
·The working voltage is 2.0~3.6 V.
·The working current is l70 ~ 260 mA, and the standby current is l0 ~ 24 mA:
·The output power is 200 mW;
·The local oscillation frequency is twice the RF frequency to avoid interference from external synthesizers;
·The quadrature phase of the local oscillator is generated by the passive network inside the integrated circuit;
·The quadrature modulator is driven by a single ended local oscillator (LO).
