NRF902 FSK 868 MHz transmitter

NRF902 is a single chip transmitter chip, which meets the requirements of European ETSI-ETS 300 220 specification and Chapter 15 of North American (FCC) standard CFR47. It is suitable for applications in alarm, automatic meter reading, keyless entry, home automation, remote control and wireless digital communication systems.

The main technical features are as follows:

·Operating frequency is 862~870 MHz ISM band;

·The data transmission rate is 50 Kb/s;

·Power supply voltage 2.4~3.5V;

·The output power is 10 dBm (at 400 Ω, 3 v), and the output power and frequency offset can be set through external resistance;

·The current consumption is 9 mA when the output power is 10 dBm; 200 in clock mode μ A. Less than 10 nA in low power mode

·Provide reference clock output to microprocessor.
